Founded by Dr. Alejandro Vogel, a passionate educator with over 30 years of experience in academic counseling, our team is dedicated to transforming the college application process from daunting to empowering. Based in Houston Texas and offices in Central America, we've been guiding students and their families since 1996, helping them navigate the complexities of college admissions to find their perfect educational match.

Our Founder and CEO
Dr. Alejandro Vogel
Dr. Alejandro Vogel, completed his academic training at renowned institutions such as Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York, Harvard University, Notre Dame, Framingham State University, and ESADE in Spain. With a distinguished career in the field of education, he has held leadership positions at Keiser University, INCAE, American University, among others. His specialization includes international education, educational administration, curriculum design, program and educational center accreditation, professional coaching, and organizational psychology. Additionally, he is the author of a book on neuroscience applied to business and education. His passion lies in helping students and organizations reach their full potential. He is also one of the founders and board member of a very prestigious K-12 U.S. accredited bilingual school in Nicaragua, since 1991: Lincoln International Academy: www.lincoln.edu.ni
Rossana Morice holds a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy with a specialization in Educational Management and Administration (Summa Cum Laude) and a Master's degree in Developmental and Educational Psychology. With over 15 years of experience in the education field, Rossana is the co-founder of Hands On Innovative Learning and the founder of Kids Consulting. She is also a well-known columnist and blogger on topics related to education and parenting. Rossana is a mother to a 15-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter.
Rossana Morice
With over 10 years of experience in admissions counseling and student services at Keiser University and Ave Maria University, Piedad has had the privilege of guiding numerous students on their academic and professional paths. Her experience spans personalized college counseling, career planning, standardized test preparation, and much more. Additionally, she has been instrumental in organizing outreach events, educational fairs, workshops and open houses, always working closely with school counselors, student organizations, financial aid and academic advising departments to offer comprehensive support.

Deanna is an experienced EFL educator and communications specialist whose mission is to equip aspiring leaders and agents of change with not just the knowledge and skills, but the confidence they need to chase their dreams in an increasingly volatile- and equally promising- economic climate. With seven years of teaching expertise from Myanmar to Spain, she is the founder of Open Shores English (www.openshoresenglish.com), where she provides tailored English language education and communication services to students, professionals, and businesses championing positive impact, enabling more sincere environmental protection, regenerative growth, and equitable social development worldwide.
Deanna Philpott
Bachelor’s in business administration (Cum Laude) and Master in Business Administration from Durham Business School, U.K. Alexandra has over 15 years of experience in Customer Service, Market Research Projects, Data Analysis, Business Plans Development, and Marketing Planning. She is a person focused on results and finding solutions, and with great ease of adaptation. She enjoys doing creative work and contributing with a team in search for “out of the box” ideas. As a happy mother of 3, she is a true believer that quality education is key to building a better world. She is committed to supporting students all over the world to get into the best student counseling program to achieve their goals.
